Who qualifies to use AA Rewards?

All AA home and motor insurance policy holders, AA members and Home Rescue members qualify for the AA Rewards program.

Is my personal information secure if I buy anything through the site or provide it to one of the Partners on the site?

As required by the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given to us

If we provide information to a third party (either a provider of a product or service, or an external data processing agency such as a mailing house) we will exercise the strictest control over the third party contractually, requiring it and any of its agents and/or suppliers to:

  • maintain the security and confidentiality of the information and restrict access to those of its own employees
  • use the data for the agreed purpose only and prevent it being used for any other purpose by any other party
  • refrain from communicating with you other than concerning the product in question;
  • return the data to us at the conclusion of any contract term and destroy or delete any copies made of all or any part of the information unless copies are needed to be kept to comply with regulations.

In addition, we will restrict the information disclosed to the absolute minimum necessary, for example, to provide the product or service.

Our own security procedures mean that we may occasionally have to request proof of Identity.

In the event of telephone calls from you, we also reserve the right to ask security questions (which we in our sole discretion deem appropriate), in order to satisfy ourselves that you are who you say you are. Telephone calls may be recorded for the purposes of training and customer service.

Is there a limit to the number of times or products that we can use?

This will differ between offers. Please revert to the terms and conditions of each offer for details.

Do I have to register with the AA Rewards web site?

Yes you will need to register your details with AA Rewards. After you register you will be able to redeem an offer by logging in with your email address and password.

What if I am an AA member am I still entitled to my exclusive member benefits/Rewards Plus?

What are the advantages of using the Partners advertised on the AA rewards website?

The products and services offered on the website are all priced at an exclusive discount for AA Ireland customers.

What is the discount?

The discounts and offers on the website will differ across the different areas (Retail, Travel/Leisure and Business). However you can be confident you are getting a better deal as an AA customer with AA rewards.
