Sunday 11th May: Armagh to Dublin
In County Armagh:
From 9:45am to 2pm: in Armagh, the Gaol Square. From 8:30am to 12:30pm: the A3 from College Hill through to the Kilmore Rd.
From 9am to 1pm: the A3 from Stonebridge to Corcreevy, the Mullaghbrack Rd from the Main St in Richill to the A28 Newry /Armagh Rd jct.
From 9:30am to 1:30pm: the A28 Armagh /Newry Rd from the Mullaghbrack Rd and Tandregee Rd junctions, the B3 from Markethill to Keady, the A29 from Keady to the northern side of Newtownhamilton.
From 10am to 2pm: the A25 Newtownhamilton /Newry Rd from the southern side of Newtownhamilton to Mountain Rd jct, Mountain Rd itself, Longfield Rd through to Forkhill.
In County Louth:
From 12pm to 3:30pm: the Forkhill /Dundalk Rd (R177), in Dundalk Town Centre, Linenhall S, Church St, Mary St South, Thomas St, Stapleton Drive, the Dublin Rd, the R132 from Dundalk to Drogheda. In Drogheda itself, Crosslanes, Cement Rd, Fair St, Fair Green, Trinity St, West St, Haymarket, Bullring and the Dublin Rd (R132)
In County Meath:
From 1pm to 3:30pm: the R132 through Julianstown and to Whitecross.
In County Dublin:
From 1:30pm to 4:30pm: the R132 from County Meath to Balbriggan via Drogheda St, Bridge St, Dublin St and Old Market Green, Mill St, Clonard St, Quay St, the Skerries Rd (R127) to Skerries via Balbriggan Rd, Ballbriggan St, Thomas Hand St and the Dublin Rd, the Skerries /Lusk Rd (R127), Post Office Rd, the R127 from Lusk to Blakes Cross, the R132 from Blakes Cross to Seatown Rd R/A, the Mantua Rd, Estuary Rd, The Mall in Malahide, Strand Rd/Coast Rd (R106) in Portmarnock, the Coast Rd (R106) towards Baldoyle, the Main St to Dublin Rd via Warrenhouse Rd, the Dublin Rd (R105) in Baldoyle.
Dublin City Centre Closures:
From 5am Sat 10th May until 11pm Sunday 11th May, Merrion Square South.
From 9am Saturday 10th until 11pm Sunday 11th May, Merrion Square East, Merrion Street Upper and Fitzwilliam Street Lower.
From 4pm Saturday 10th to Sunday 11th May, Merrion Square West and Mount Street Upper will be closed.
On Sunday 11th May from 1:30pm to 5pm, Howth Road (from Kilbarrack Road to James Larkin Road), James Larkin Road, Clontarf Road, Alfie Byrne Road, East Wall Road, North Wall Quay, Custom House Quay and Talbot Memorial Bridge.
On Sunday 11th May from 12:30pm to 5pm, City Quay, Lombard Street, Westland Row, Lincoln Place, Merrion Street Lower, Clare Street, Leinster Street South, Merrion Square North.
The main event will take place on Sunday afternoon 11th May but there will be temporary road closures in the Merrion Square area (to prepare the Finish Line), commencing on Saturday 10th May.
Diversions will be in operation:
- Traffic from Clare Street & Merrion Street Lower wishing to travel on Merrion Square West to Baggot Street Lower will be diverted via Merrion Square North, Mount Street Lower, Warrington Place and Herbert Place.
- Traffic on Merrion Square North & Holles Street wishing to travel on Merrion Square East & Fitzwilliam Street Lower to Fitzwilliam Street Upper will be diverted via Mount Street Lower, Warrington Place, Herbert Place and Baggot Street Lower.
- Traffic on Fitzwilliam Street Upper wishing to travel on Fitzwilliam Street Lower & Merrion Square East to Holles Street & Merrion Square North will be diverted via Baggot Street Lower, Herbert Place, Warrington Street and Mount Street Lower.
- Traffic on Merrion Row wishing to travel on Merrion Street Upper & Merrion Square West to Merrion Square North will be diverted via Baggot Street Lower, Herbert Place, Warrington Street and Mount Street Lower.
Temporary crossing points will be maintained at the following junctions: James Larkin Road, Causeway Rd, East Rd, Merchants Rd, East Wall Rd, Guild St, Samuel Beckett Bridge, Memorial Rd / Custom House Quay, Talbot Memorial Bridge and Lombard St, Townsend St, Pearse St until approx 20 minutes before the race approaches. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
It’s recommended that you use Dublin Bus, LUAS, DART and Irish Rail services to access the race route.
