Touzai at Crowne Plaza Dublin Northwood

Northwood Park, Santry
aaicon Restaurant %

In a quiet location on the edge of Northwood Park, 10 minutes from the airport, the Crowne Plaza is a modern hotel, its restaurant a bright and airy space overlooking the courtyard gardens. The kitchen takes its inspiration from the techniques and flavours of Asia and the Pacific Rim, with crisp duck spring roll with an Asian-style salad and yoghurt and chilli dressing to start, followed by chicken stir-fried with noodles and vegetables sauced with coconut green curry. But this is no style slave, so asparagus and Parma ham with a poached egg and hollandaise may appear before roast halibut fillet with tapenade and a casserole of haricot beans, chorizo and red peppers, with lemon tart for pudding.
