aaicon 74%

Set in rolling parkland, this Palladian style Georgian house dates from 1749 and retains much of the scale and architectural features of the period. The decor however is very contemporary in the public areas where comfort and relaxation is key. Bedrooms are mainly set around two courtyards and feature a minimalist approach to decoration, with lots of timber and white surfaces. Dinner in Eden Restaurant in the vaulted basement is a delight, with more casual fare served in the bar throughout the day. Spa treatments are available in The Bathhouse, with weddings and other events in the recently opened Refectory.
