Tankardstown is a magical place. Set in 80 acres of parkland, it has many strings to its bow. The main house is host to elegant heritage rooms, with others in cottages in the converted stable yard. Each is individually decorated to a very high standard, luxury and comfort exudes from all areas. The cottages have the benefit of spacious kitchens and living areas, ideal for longer stays. The property is also host to the award winning Brabazon Restaurant, a fine dining restaurant which also offers a casual lunch. Excellent breakfasts are served in The Cellar restaurant, with an option of having it delivered to the cottages. This fine property is ideal for family gatherings and intimate wedding celebrations. The property also offers a Hot Tub for guests to enjoy in the privacy of the Walled Garden. Tankardstown is the AA Guest Accommodation of the Year for the Republic of Ireland 2013-14.
