The AA is hiring extra telesales staff for its Motor Insurance department to help cater for an increase in call volumes and enquiries.
With the cost of Motor Insurance having increased by an average of 38.6% over the past 12 months, this has led to an increase in the number of telesales staff required. As a result of this increase, there is a greater demand on brokers to explain rising premiums to understandably frustrated motorists, a trend which is expected to continue.
In addition to the telesales roles in its Dublin City Centre offices which are to be filled immediately, The AA is also recruiting breakdown technicians in the Dublin and Limerick areas.
The AA is one of Ireland’s leading consumer services businesses – specialising in Motor, Home and Travel insurance.
The AA provides emergency rescue and breakdown cover for people in their homes and on the road, as well as providing Motor, Home & Travel insurance for more than 200,000 customers. The AA employs approximately 450 people across the country in its growing team.
