How to correctly fit child car seats

Our Patrols regularly come across ill fitted child car seats when out and about attending to breakdowns. Often the parents will have a top of the range child car seat suggesting that safety is a priority for them but they’ve made a mistake at some point when installing it.  This is a really common thing, in fact according to the Road Safety Authority an alarming three out of four child car seats in Ireland are wrongly fitted.

To help you avoid common errors we’ve created a how to video, below:

Check it Fits
