Mrs Brown Live & Leinster Hope To Thrive - AA Events Update

Published 12th December 2013Read Time 2 min

Brendan O’Carroll brings his sold out Mrs Brown Live to The O2 until Saturday. Doors open at 6:30pm for the show at 8pm and delays are likely on North Wall Quay, on East Wall Rd and over the East Link. Patrons are advised to avail of public transport where possible as parking is limited in the area.
Then it’s off to the Phoenix Park bright and early on Saturday morning for the Aware Christmas Run. The 10k gets underway at 10am and the 5k at 10:30am. To facilitate the event, Chesterfield Ave will close from 8:30am to 12:30pm, Ordnance Survey Rd and Upper Glen Rd will close from 9:30am until midday.  Chapelizod Gate will be right turn only on entry and the Ashtown Gate will be left turn only on entry. Delays are expected in the Phoenix Park as a result. Our final stop is at the Aviva Stadium on Saturday evening as Leinster take on Northampton Saints in the Heineken Cup. Kick-off is at 6pm and the usual match day restrictions will be in place so delays are likely. All in all, a busy bank holiday weekend ahead of us and you can keep up to date with the latest traffic news on www.aaroadwatch.ie; or follow @aaroadwatch on Twitter.
