The AA is looking to recruit two Rescue Patrols in the Ennis area of Co. Clare and in the Mitchelstown/Fermoy area of Co. Cork.
The successful applicant will contribute to the operations of the AA’s road services and will attend to breakdowns of AA Member’s vehicles. This role will include weekend and Public Holiday work. The contract is for 20 hours a week.

Purpose of the Job
The successful applicants will contribute to the effective operation of AA Road Services by attending the scene of members and customer’s breakdowns to undertake recoveries as necessary, in accordance with established conditions and operating instructions, whilst promoting The AA and its services at all times by projecting an efficient and professional image.
Patrols will be rostered to work 20 hours a week, but will also include call-outs and weekend work as required.
What you’ll need
Time served motor mechanic with sound practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical workings of motor vehicles and the ability to effect repair.
Full clean driving licence – EB class, essential.
Payment can be discussed at the interview stage.
The contract is temporary, part-time.
