Our goal is to reach most breakdowns within a 45-minute window, yet response times tend to fluctuate based on your geographic position and the current time of day.
You can contact us whenever you need assistance, but our service operates under a Fair Usage Policy. We will need to charge you extra if the same fault occurs again within 28 days. We may not be able to provide breakdown assistance without this additional payment.
