Benefits such as Accidental Damage to Buildings or Contents, Family Personal Accident Cover and No Claims Bonus Protection would not be Included in a Landlord policy.
While Landlord Insurance is similar to Home Insurance for Owner Occupied properties in terms of cover provided for the property owners buildings and contents, there are some differenced in benefits that come with a Landlord policy.
An example of this would be cover for the loss of rent, or costs associated with providing alternative accommodation for tenants, in the event of a claim.
