‘Wilde The Restaurant’ at the Westbury awarded AA Rosette

Located in the very heart of the Dublin’s premier retail and cultural quarter, ‘Wilde The Restaurant’ at the world class and recently remodeled AA 5-star Westbury Hotel, headed by Executive Chef, John Nagle has been awarded a prestigious AA Rosette for their superior fine dining experience.
AA Rosettes are awarded solely for the quality of the restaurant’s cooking that demonstrates consistent standards of all dishes on the menus. Flavours are expected to be well-balanced and each dish appropriately presented using fresh and seasonal ingredients and the menu reflecting an obvious enthusiasm and commitment to promoting good quality food.
To specifically achieve one AA Rosette chefs need to display a mastery of basic techniques and be able to produce dishes of sound quality and clarity of flavors, using good and fresh ingredients.
Setting the tone for the smooth service and fine dining to come, diners who enter ‘Wilde The Restaurant’ are greeted by a decadent yet contemporary setting that the flamboyant intellectual, Oscar Wilde himself, after whom the restaurant is named, no doubt would have approved.
AA Inspectors were impressed by their range of interesting dishes such as their renowned aged Angus beef, fresh lobster, scallops, rabbit and lamb all imaginatively presented by chef Nagle and his skilled team.   The provenance of the prime Irish ingredients used throughout ‘Wilde The Restaurant’s’ modern fine dining menu was also a big hit with inspectors.
AA Inspectors were equally quick to praise the restaurant’s friendly yet professional staff for their role in delivering what is a thoroughly enjoyable and recommended dining experience at the luxurious Westbury Hotel.
