*Free Air Conditioning Re-Gas with Full Vehicle Service
• Eligibility
The free air conditioning re-gas offer is available only with the purchase of a full vehicle service carried out by our workshop. The offer applies to standard passenger vehicles only unless otherwise stated.
• System Condition Requirement
The free re-gas is applicable only where the air conditioning system is operating normally and no faults are present at the time of inspection.
• Leak and Fault Exclusions
If, during inspection or servicing, the air conditioning system is found to have a leak, mechanical fault, electrical fault, damaged components, or any other defect that affects normal operation, the free re-gas offer will not apply.
• Diagnostic and Repair Costs
Where a leak or fault is detected, any diagnostic work, repairs, replacement parts, or additional labour required to restore the system to working condition will be chargeable. A quotation will be provided before any additional work is carried out.
• Gas Retention
The offer applies only where the system is capable of safely holding refrigerant. Systems that cannot maintain pressure due to leaks or component failure are not eligible for the free re-gas.
• Type and Quantity of Refrigerant
The offer includes a standard recharge using the correct refrigerant type and quantity specified for the vehicle, up to the system’s standard capacity. Vehicles requiring specialist refrigerants, excessive quantities, or additional materials may incur additional charges.
• Workshop Discretion
Our technicians reserve the right to refuse the free re-gas if the air conditioning system is deemed unsafe, contaminated, or unsuitable for recharge.
• Non-Transferable Offer
This offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for other services, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
• Right to Amend
We reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Acceptance of Terms
By booking or receiving a full vehicle service with this promotion, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions

Our Warranty: We warrant that for a period of twelve (12) months from completion of the Vehicle Services, or for the period in which a distance of fifteen thousand (15,000) kilometres is travelled by a vehicle after completion of the Vehicle Services (whichever is the shortest), we shall correct any defect in the vehicle which is caused by our faulty workmanship or any defects in the parts supplied.

The warranty in clause will not cover defects or damage arising from:

• normal wear and tear;
• wilful damage or negligence by you, or any third party
• use otherwise than as reasonably recommended by us or the vehicle’s manufacturer;
• failure to follow our or the vehicle’s manufacturer’s reasonable instruction; or
• your continuing to use the vehicle after discovery of the defect.

** Price Promise – Upon receipt of a competitors written quotation from the customer we will honour the cheaper price. Tyres must be the same and like for like on the quotation.
