Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this email to acknowledge the exceptional level of customer service offered by one of your breakdown rescue drivers.
The name of the driver in question is Niall (I cant remember his surname). He picked me up in Summerhill, Co. Meath at 9.15 am on Wednesday 25th September 2019, and was nothing short of exceptional. Niall went out of his way to drive me back to Naas, even though my membership did not cover this. He was extremely personable on the drive, and made the experience of my car breaking down as pleasant as it could possibly be. As a result of his helpful advice, I am now going to purchase the breakdown plus cover with yourselves, as he was able to point out the benefits of doing so to me.
I can’t commend Niall highly enough, and would ask that you please pass on my sincere thanks to him for being so helpful during my time of need.

I have had a customer who made a request for a supervisor to give her a call back as she was so impressed by Jemma’s friendliness and efficiency.
Although the customer missed my call, she called back and held in our queue as she wanted to make sure we were aware of Jemma’s impressive customer service.

Hi there

I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah Gleeson.

There was an error from RSA on my renewal documentation and Sarah went out of her way to get it fixed.
It took a few days to sort.
In my experience, customers are often left in the dark and have to do the chasing and following up themselves in this kind of situation.
Not the case on this occasion – Sarah phoned me regularly to keep me in the loop.
From the first call, it was really clear that Sarah was someone I could trust to get the situation sorted. She was polite, professional and efficient.

If customer satisfaction is a metric that agents are measured on, then Sarah deserves 100%.

i just wanted to email to say, i always have anxiety when i need to phone AA as it takes ages to get through then passed from person to person and each time i have to repeat myself, with staff that are rude.
Today i just want to say the phone call still took over 1 hour but thankfully i spoke with Grace, whom i found extremely efficient and pleasant to deal with. she is a credit to your company, i just wish all your staff could be like her! Within minutes of our conversation ending she had my revised documents emailed to me. Thanks Grace 🙂
