Calling all budding science enthusiasts to the RDS for the Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition, which continues this weekend. The competition now its 50th year will see over 1,200 students with 550 projects participated and is likely to attract over 45,000 visitors to the exhibition.  Doors open at 9am on Friday and at 9:30am on Saturday and some disruption to traffic is expected.

Have you been left yearning for that Christmas feeling? If so, then fear not as Christmas Wonderland continues for one final weekend at the RDS. Doors open from 10am until 10pm each day and delays are likely in the Ballsbridge area as a result.

Then to help us through the winter chill, we look forward to a mouth-watering European rugby fixture as Connacht take on Zebre in the Heineken Cup at the Galway Sportsground on Saturday. Kick-off is at 3:40pm. Delays are likely in the area around the stadium before and after the event as the usual match day restrictions will be in operation.

All in all a busy weekend ahead of us and you can keep up to date with the latest traffic news on www.aaroadwatch.ie or follow @aaroadwatch on twitter.
