Terms and Conditions

‘Travel Insurance for Australia’ with AA Ireland is not a separate product. It is the same AA Travel Insurance policy, designed to cover travellers departing from Ireland to Australia. All standard terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the AA Travel Insurance policy apply.

*Price of €30.78 covers one adult aged 50–54, Annual Multi-Trip cover, Worldwide excluding USA, Value policy, with private medical insurance. Premiums vary based on age, destination, cover type, policy tier, trip duration, and selected add-ons. Customers with private medical insurance must claim on it first (minimum €55,000 abroad cover required). Selecting an incorrect destination band may result in claims being declined. AA Ireland is tied to Inter Partner Assistance SA for travel insurance policies.

The quoted price assumes the policyholder holds valid private medical insurance providing a minimum of €55,000 cover for medical expenses abroad. If private medical insurance is not held, or does not meet this threshold, a different premium will apply. Customers must claim on their private health insurance first, where applicable.
