Access to our website is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our website without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Telephone calls using the telephone numbers provided on this website and email correspondence with AA Ireland at the email addresses accessible through, or discernible from, this website may be recorded or monitored. By using such communication methods you are consenting to the recording or monitoring of the same.

  • 1850 numbers: Calls have a 6.66 cent fixed charge
  • 1800 numbers: Calls are free of charge
  • 1550 numbers: Calls cost €0.95 per minute
  • 01 numbers: Daytime calls cost 4.27 cent per minute from an Eircom 01 number and 7.08 cent per minute from all other Eircom landlines, evening calls cost 1.09 cent per minute from an Eircom 01 number and 4.27 cent per minute from all other Eircom landlines.

16. Viruses, Hacking and other Offences

You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, Trojan, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, the server on which our website is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our website. You must not attack our website via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
