Every hotel in the AA accreditation scheme has been personally visited by our Inspectors because we know that our Members trust our word. When we say a hotel is superb it is not because they have asked us to or have paid us to – it is because they have proved it to us.
We apply the same protocol when awarding truly outstanding food. Our awards are made solely on the basis of a meal visit carried out by our team of pedigreed Hotel and Restaurant Inspectors, who possess an unrivalled breadth and depth of experience in assessing quality. For our Food Inspectors, the top and bottom line is the food.
