The AA Roadwatch Guide to Glastonbury 2015

The hugely popular Glastonbury Festival takes place from Wednesday 24th until Sunday 28th June with around 175,000 expected to attend, including thousands of Irish people.

With big names such as The Who, Kanye West, Foo Fighters, Paloma Faith and Hozier taking to the stage over the course of the weekend, it’s sure to be an unforgettable four days. However, Glastonbury is the largest greenfield festival in the world and that, coupled with the normal travel worries of sorting out passports and printing off boarding passes, can be an overwhelming experience.

To help you make the trip to Pilton in Somerset, we’ve put together this guide which will give you all the info you need to get there, what you should pack as well as some useful tips and also, how to handle some unforeseen circumstances.
